cache.lat generates a real static copy of each public page and has Apache serve it directly, with no PHP or WordPress on each visit. On top of that it converts your images to AVIF/WebP, regenerates only what changed, minifies HTML/CSS safely, defers non-critical JavaScript and keeps your fonts from flashing — all on our engine, at no extra cost to your hosting.
Real static HTML
Not a page cache inside the PHP cycle: a plain file Apache serves directly. WordPress does not even run on that visit.
Images under your control
AVIF/WebP conversion with the format and quality you choose, rewritten to <picture> — the original is always kept.
Progressive cache
First generation: the whole site. After that, only what actually changed on each publish or edit is regenerated.
Performance test
A 0-100 cache.lat score: response time, LCP, CLS and TBT measured in your browser, desktop and mobile, against live WordPress, with a chart history.
Database kept tidy
Automatic cleanup of expired transients, orphaned metadata, old revisions and WooCommerce cart sessions, via WP-Cron or a real hosting cron.
