Refund policy

1. Who handles the purchase

The cache.lat plugin is always free. The only thing with a cost is the license that removes the 10-page-per-site limit, and that license is sold and managed exclusively through TuNegocioEnLinea.net (TNL), in its own store. There is no other purchase channel or authorized reseller.

2. How refunds are processed

Since TuNegocioEnLinea.net processes the payment, billing, and license issuance, any refund request, cancellation, or payment dispute over a cache.lat purchase is handled directly with TNL, according to its purchase and returns policy in effect at the time of the transaction.

To request a refund or resolve a billing issue, contact TuNegocioEnLinea.net directly through their contact form, indicating the site's domain and the email used for the purchase.

3. What a refund does not cover

A refund (when applicable under TNL's policy) reverses the license charge; it does not mean cache.lat deletes the static HTML already generated on your own hosting, since that file lives on your server, not on cache.lat's infrastructure. You can purge it yourself from the plugin panel at any time.

4. Free plan

The free plan has no cost, so no refund applies: you can uninstall the plugin whenever you want, with no process needed.
