cache.latTerms of service and user agreement

1. Acceptance of these terms
By installing, activating, or using the "cache.lat" WordPress plugin, or by using the cache.lat website, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the plugin or the site. cache.lat is a brand of TuNegocioEnLinea.net ("TNL", "we"), based in El Salvador.
2. What the service is
cache.lat is a WordPress plugin that generates a static HTML copy of your site's public pages and configures your own Apache server to serve that copy instead of running WordPress on every visit, in order to speed up page loads. The plugin communicates with a central engine we operate (cache.lat/core/api.php) solely to generate that HTML; the final result always stays on your own hosting.
The free plan lets you cache up to 10 pages per site, with no expiration. A paid license removes that limit and enables whole-site mode, in two types: WordPress (no WooCommerce) and Advanced (with WooCommerce); the type is determined by the license, not the plugin. More detail in the documentation.
3. Account and eligibility
The free plan doesn't require registering with an email or password; the site is identified by its domain. You're responsible for keeping access to your WordPress dashboard and to the license credentials (site key and activation key) you receive by email.
4. Licenses, pricing and billing
Selling and managing cache.lat licenses is exclusive to TuNegocioEnLinea.net, through its own store. By purchasing a license you also accept TNL's purchase terms. A license enables one site with no page limit for one year, counted from when you activate it (not from when you buy it). Prices published on precios.php are launch pricing and may change; a price change does not affect licenses already activated.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled according to the refund policy, managed by TuNegocioEnLinea.net.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use cache.lat to: (a) attempt to breach, overload, or interfere with cache.lat's central engine or infrastructure; (b) resell or redistribute licenses outside TuNegocioEnLinea.net's official channel; (c) use the service to generate or serve illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend access to the service (not the installed plugin, which remains free software under its own license) if these terms are violated.
6. Content and code ownership
You keep all rights to your WordPress site's content. The "cache.lat" WordPress plugin is distributed under the GPLv2 license or later, as stated in its header. The generated static HTML is a derivative copy of your own content and always stays on your hosting, not on cache.lat's infrastructure.
7. Service availability and limits
cache.lat is an optimization service, not a requirement for your site to function: if the central engine is temporarily unavailable, your site keeps working normally with WordPress (or with the last static HTML already generated). We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the central engine or specific speed results, which also depend on your hosting, theme, and plugins.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, TuNegocioEnLinea.net is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost revenue resulting from the use or inability to use the plugin or the cache.lat site. We recommend keeping your own WordPress backups, as with any plugin.
cache.lat is tested on the latest version of WordPress, but it runs on your hosting and in your environment (PHP version, web server, other plugins), which we do not control; in rare cases installing or updating any plugin, including this one, may cause an error on the site. Before installing or updating, make sure you can access your files by FTP/SFTP or through the cPanel File Manager, and that you have a recent backup. 9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our practices or the service's features change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance of it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights that may apply to you under your own jurisdiction.
